Historic Events

In the past the Village Hall has hosted many wonderful events. All our events, and the more recent ones too, attract  people from the surrounding villages and area.



 Lego Competition

   The Queen's Golden Jubilee 2012 

The village came out in force to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2012. With celebrations centred around the village fountain, the main street was a sea of red white and blue, with flags, bunting and a festive feast enjoyed by villagers young and old. What a wonderful way to bring the community together and to raise a toast to 50 glorious years!
